The IAFF Peer Support Training is a two-day, interactive course taught by experienced IAFF Master Instructors designed to give participants the knowledge and skills to support peers, understand common behavioral health issues, use active listening, recognize when someone may be in crisis, and connect members to local resources/behavioral health care while helping build or strengthen a peer support program.
