Medical Marijana is a big push to pass, Trying to get it to be a public safety benefit.

District 1 LCFD is the only one is one of many that is 100% for union membership
How do we get people out to the Firefighter Memorial?
Nate did accept the Interim Fire Chief from the Mayor.
He is in contact with Jack about who might be the new district 1 VP
He has an idea for a person and needs to reach out to them
Talked about the new hire candidate for the testing, and he was really impressed with many of them.
Plug for the pacu fund for the Union needs to be bigger
Foundation is amazing and what is going on with it.
Nate will continue with the Union and the District 9 support group committee.
Colorado Springs Memorial Talk
The Union and PFFU dues helped get the Holbrook family out to the memorial.
Hope to get people out there every year.
A-shift is in charge of the Christmas Party this year.
It has been asked to have the party not on a B-shift day
We are thinking of ideas for an appreciation gift for Chief and his Wife?
Looking into getting a Public Safety Officer Benefit to help Holbrook family and others
-This will help with education funding
Chief Hannig met with Ben and he told him this has been the best department he has worked for.
TV and Cable
Streaming trail for St 72
If people like it, we will cut all cable by the first of the year.
Right now we pay around $5,200 a year for cable, if we did 6 streaming channels we will pay half. All of the stations will have access to the streaming. We also thought about doing just Youtube live streaming if people don’t want this many streaming services.
We will meet with the city about netflix and using it during holidays.

Proposes to change monthly stipend for President and Sec/Treasurer positions.
Raise it to $150 a month
This was voted on and it was passed unanimously as a quorum

The Union side will come out of the Union side and the Sec Treasurer will come out of the association side.
